The Superbox itself does not require a monthly subscription just to operate. There are no monthly fees or contracts.

The SuperBox S7 Max is an Android-based streaming media player that connects to your television through HDMI and accesses the internet through Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.

The SuperBox S7 Max works with televisions and monitors equipped with an available HDMI port. To experience higher resolutions, your television, selected app and content source must also support that resolution.

Setup takes only a few minutes. Connect the SuperBox to your television using the included HDMI cable, connect the power adapter, select your Wi-Fi network or Ethernet connection and follow the on-screen instructions.

A strong and stable high-speed internet connection is recommended. SuperBox currently recommends approximately 30 Mbps measured directly on the device for the smoothest S7 experience, especially when multiple devices share the same network. The S7 Max supports Wi-Fi 6 and Gigabit Ethernet, with a wired Ethernet connection generally providing the most consistent performance.

Your package includes the SuperBox S7 Max device, backlit voice remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter and user guide. Remote-control batteries are not included, and packaging may vary slightly.
